Good morning, Morgan! Here is your Interact Club with an exciting update about our Purple Pinky Fundraiser. We are to a great start with $151 collected during the first two days! Thank you! Together with the Rotary International, we are making a difference! To date, almost 19 million children received the Polio vaccine. In 2010 - we helped eradicate Polio in India, in 2016 in Nigeria, and in 2020 - the whole of Africa was declared polio-free! Unfortunately, the fight is still not over - there are still children suffering from Polio in Afghanistan and Pakistan. So let’s work together to provide healing to these children, and rid of the suffering once and for all.
All this week you have a chance to help! Bring your $1 donation to get your purple pinky and a chance to win a $50 Visa or a $50 Chick-fil-A gift card. You may donate as much as you want to increase your chances of winning! Don’t forget - 100 % of our proceeds will go toward this great cause! Let’s go Cherokees!

Middle school Spell Bowl is canceled for this afternoon and rescheduled to meet with high school Spell Bowl tomorrow after school from 3-4.
Hi Morgan High School and Middle School! Key Club is putting on a sock drive from October 17th-31st. Please bring in new or gently used socks to be donated to the St. Paul Clothing Center and the New Creation Resale shop and men’s center. As we are moving into the winter months it is essential to have socks to keep warm so please donate your socks in one of the boxes located around the school! Happy Socktober!
